Businesses should breast up for difficult times – Ato Forson
Dr. Osie Kyei Mensah Bonsu has revealed the Ghana’s badget has risen to over GH 271.6 million cedis as ar the end of December 2020 but intends despite the impact of the covid-19 pandemic in 2019, the rate of growth of public debt has been lower than what previous government recorded.
However, Dr. Atto Forson has described the budget as a terrible one that will compound hardship of the ordinary Ghanaian and businesses.
According to him, business should breast up for difficult times.
Speaking with the media a while ago after the budget was delivered, Mr. Forson urged government on the need to let Ghanaians be aware that there is a difference between what the covid-19 pandemic has done to the economy and what the mess of he Npp government has also done to the economy.
“If you are to tract the fiscal deficit parts, it is obvious the this government has never engaged in fiscal consolidation” said Atto Forson.
