JUST IN: A Renowned Bank Manager Narrates Why Banks Collapse
The General Manager of Brakwa Breman Rural Bank Limited (BBRB), Mr. Felix Dompreh in the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District C/R, has attributed the failure and collapse of some banks in the country to the inability of employers to take care of their employees.
Mr.Dompreh reiterated on the fact that employees in the banking sector play major role in the success of the banks hence he advised owners especially in the banking sector to take very good care of their workers.
Mr. Felix Dompreh made this known in an interview with trendingghana.net on Monday 15/02/2021.
This revelation follows a ceremony organised by the Brakwa Breman Rural Bank Limited (BBRB) over the weekend to unveil a new cloth to the staff.
The renowned manager also threw more light on the fact that workers of every organization need to be well taken care of, hence the need to organize such a program.
Mr. Dompreh on the other hand cautioned some employers who do things only for their individual selfish interests and forgetting that it is the workers who burn the midnight candle to make their business a success.
Manager Felix Dompreh however expressed confidence in his staff that never will his bank go on bankrupt because of their hardworking attitude towards work and praised his workers on the basis that without them, BBRB wouldn’t have been one of the best rural banks in the country.
Mr. Felix Dompreh therefore advised customers of Brakwa Breman Rural Bank Limited to continue to have trust in the banking system saying, “it is the only place you can count on when homes are broke”.
