The management of Ghana Commercial Bank has released an official statement notifying its customers and the general public about their plan to upgrade their system.

With this, the management of the bank wishes to inform its customers and the general public that, all their digital channels including ATMs, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Mobile App, etc. will not be available from 10pm on Friday, June 17, 2022 to the midnight of Sunday, June 19, 2022.

“Dear cherished customer, due to a system upgrade, all our digital channels (ATMs, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Mobile App, etc) will be unavailable from 10pm on Friday 17th June, 2022 to the midnight of Sunday 19th June, 2022. You will be notified once we restore service on the digital channels. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.”, it said in a statement
