The management of Ghana Commercial Bank has released an official statement notifying its customers and the general public about the sudden malfunction in their mobile banking.
With this, the management of the bank wishes to inform its customers and the general public that, the short code *422# which is used for mobile banking is currently inaccessible, and customers and the general public are to resort to alternate channels for banking.
“Dear cherished customer, we are currently experiencing instability with some users on our *422# platform. This is being resolved by our technical team. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Kindly use any of our alternate channels including cards, mobile app, internet banking and GHQR for your transactions”, it said in a statement.
