JUST IN:PEACE CAMPAIGN: NPP,NDC ARE NOT POLITICAL RIVALS BUT RATHER POLITICAL ACTORS- FORMER SPECIAL AIDE TO AKUA DONKOR OLUMANBA EXPLAINS
Olumanba Akwasi Kesse, former special aide to Akua Donkor has advised Ghanaians especially the youth not to engage in electoral violence as we trek to Election 2020.
According to him, the ruling party (NPP) and the leading opposition party (NDC) are not rivals but rather political actors.The fact that the opposition party is always seen criticizing the ruling party doesn’t mean they are enemies; it’s a role they are playing as opposition.
In furtherance to that he said ‘I have attended a lot of IPAC meetings and these two parties are like families when we meet’.
He has therefore advised the youth to eschew electoral violence as we go to the polls tomorrow.
