MEDIANET EXPERIENCE @ 15
-Editor visits one of his trainers
Exactly 15 years ago, KSM and Aris LaTham acclaimed media communicator, Osei Kuffour (Editor OK), was under the unrivalled tutelage of Asuamah Adade-Yeboah (English), Richard Kojo Ellimah (News), Dan Eshun (Presentation), Fred Santuo (Marketing), among others at the Kojo Ackaah Kwarteng and Uncle Sam administered Medianet Training School at Asokwa in Kumasi in the Ashanti region of Ghana.
Editor OK, now media consultant and brain behind Learning Matters, Health Campaign Ghana and Offinso Watch, visited Mr. Adade-Yeboah (Uncle Tony) at the latter’s Head of Communication office at the Christian Service University College in Kumasi to share nostalgic moments with him as his trainer, first radio guest and interestingly lecturer at the same university in 2007.
Editor OK used the occasion to do a documentary on Uncle Tony on “Communication for Nation Building” where he advised commentators, especially in politics, to avoid the “at all cost” syndrome and accept the truth.
