SAD NEWS: PASSENGER DIED IN VEHICLE SHE WAS TRAVELLING IN.
A woman believed to be in her 40s has been found dead in a metro bus vehicle with registration number GS 5264-20 in which she was travelling in from Kumasi to Bole.
According to an eyewitness who is one of the passengers in the bus said,They were travelling from Kumasi to Wa and the woman was supposed to alight at Bole,the woman was travelling with two of her children in the bus and upon reaching Bole, the son who is between the ages of 13 and 15 told the driver they would alight in Bole but couldn’t wake her mum up,the passengers thought the woman was far asleep until the police escort and driver also try woken her up but no avail.
The driver drove straight to Bole police station and the Body was taken from the bus to Bole district hospital for autopsy.
The Body has been released to the family for burial according to the Islamic rites.
Some residents of Bole who went to the police station to identify and see what has happened said they are surprised of what has happened on the way.
