SIR AMUGI WINS BEST PHOTO CATEGORY IN THE WIKI LOVES FOLKLORE 2022 IN GHANA CONTEST
Mr. Fuseini Mugisu Suhuyini with username as Sir Amugi has won the Best Photo in the wiki loves folklore 2022 in Ghana contest. Wiki Loves Folklore is an international photo contest organized by the Wikimedia community to document cultures in different regions of the world with an emphasis on the theme of folk culture folklore theme.
The project also host an edit-a-thon challenge focused on the folklore related articles/items in Ghana on Dagbani Wikipedia and Wikidata. Since 2019, the basic aim of the photo contest is to upload photos on human cultural diversity on Wikimedia Commons.
