Vote For Politicians Who Will Invest In The Country’s Economy –Efia Odo Urges Ghanaians

A Ghanaian popular socialite, actress and a presenter Andrea Owuso, commonly known as Efia Odo has advised Ghanaians to vote for politicians who will come into power and invest in the country’s economy and not to vote just they want their political parties to be in power.

According to the actress, it high time Ghanaians open their eyes and disease from voting politicians who only seeks power with a lot of promises and when the people gives them the mandate, they sadly turn their back on them.
She says, the citizens are not in any position or suppose to construct roads, schools or build hospitals hence it is their (politicians) mandate to do that for the nation.

In a Facebook post, the actress said, “ People need to stop voting for politicians who promises them roads, schools, hospitals or running water. That is something, that is mandated. Nnanka who is supposed to do those things, the citizens? They are suppose to do that!! vote for politicians who will invest in the country’s economy, that will invest in schools, science and technology. Increase minimum wage”.

She stressed that, Ghanaians deserve more than better and that, it is time they cast their votes to politicians who will come into power and make Ghana greater than what it is already.
“ Vote for politicians who will make the nation greater than what it already is! It is time Ghanaians realize they deserve more. You put these people in power, they are supposed to work for you. #FixTheCountry.” She wrote.

The actress has been in the news and various social media platforms for the past weeks not just because she is a celebrity but her support and championing “fix the country” campaign. The actress believes that, the government need to do more than what he is doing because Ghanaians deserve better basic needs.
